Flowback Management

StimSol’s Quality Control personnel are involved from the beginning of the acid blending process.  We begin with titrating the acid for strength, as well as performing compatibility testing of our acid with the oil sample received from our customers’ location.

We test again on frac day for compatibility and strength. After the product is pumped and the customer is flowing back the well, our Quality Control personnel are present to monitor the flow back to ensure desired results. In the unlikely event that emulsion is present, StimSol’s QC personnel will react quickly to minimize and immediately break any emulsion, allowing for optimum results and minimal disposal costs.
