Blend Plant

StimSol is proud to have built one of the elite blend plants to date in western Canada. The plant is capable of blending up to 160m³ of hydrochloric acid in two 80m³ blend tanks back to back. The plant has the storage capacity to hold up to 320m³ of raw acid on site and up to 480m³ of blended product and if needed 160m³ blended product in our blend tank.

StimSol built this plant with the ability to blend up to 500 m³ of product in a single 12 hour shift with ease, and, as demand grows will blend up to 1,000 m³ per day.

As a commitment to quality, StimSol has 24 hour on site Quality Control personnel in the facility for monitoring blending, as well as in the field during the pumping process and for effective flow back management.
